At LiftUp Coffee, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our consumable products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product is damaged during transit, or

  • The wrong product has been delivered

To be eligible for a return request, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved, a refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5โ€“7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery

  • The order was placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners or external factors

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at support@liftupcoffee.in with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Our support team will assist you promptly.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
